Our seasonal menu showcases a balance of classic favourites and contemporary dishes, from salt and pepper squid with prawns and steak tartare with toast to salmon supreme with caviar, sun-blush tomato and olive malfadine pasta, and aged sirloin steak. Finish with indulgent desserts, including the flaming crispy apple tart with Calvados or sticky toffee pudding in a salted caramel sauce.
